Agrossist leter etter handtverkere og produsenter innen agronomi og gastronomi. Vi har stort fokus på Demeter-produksjon og biodynamisk tenkning. En produsent vi jobber med, ønsker vi å ha et nært partnerskap med som kan gi gjensidige fordeler mot våre markeder. Vennskap, kommunikasjon, idealisme, ærlighet og store smil er det vi liker best. Vi leter spesielt etter produsenter som ønsker å ta produktene et skritt videre og som ønsker å snakke produkters utvikling i markedet. Vi har et stort nettverk med kjøkkensjefer, fotografer, matstylister og grafiske designere som kan inkluderes i en prosess for å utvikle en spennende fremtid sammen.

Agrossist er fokusert på livstilspartnere og ser etter smarte, klimabeviste vennskap også i ikke-mat-sektoren. Vi liker ideen om å kunne bidra med smarte ting for smarte folk og vil også ha et godt utvalg av produkter som ikke er mat.

Guerzoni – biodynamisk balsamicoeddik

Vi er stolte av å kunne presentere et utvalg fra verdens eneste Demeteregodkjente balsamicoprodusent i vårt vareutvalg. Vi lar produsenten fortelle litt om seg selv her:

Guerzoni Farm, founded in 1975, is certified Demeter since 1980. We produce all biodynamic substances used in farming in the biodynamic agricultural circle «La Farnia» (lit. English Oak). La Farnia, of which Felice Guerzoni is one of the founding members, is the reference point for the Italian biodynamic farmers.
Our biodynamic cultivation produces grapes of excellent quality, genuineness, flavour and tastiness.
The area covered by our biodynamic cultivation, amounting to 100,000 sq.m., is an area of great biodiversity. We alternate different varieties of grapes: Salamino, Uva D’Oro, Ancellotta, several Trebbiano varieties and various other autochthonous species. At the beginning of each row there are an elm and a rose. Biodiversity exerts a particularly strong attraction on beneficial insects and animals. The soil is not damaged by the impoverishment that occurs with monoculture.
All our products are free of preservatives or colouring agents. They are always made from grapes of our organic and biodynamic vineyards.

Limabacka kvarn

Vi har knyttet til oss en fantastisk møller i Sverige – Limabacka Kvarn. Aller best er det å la de presentere seg med sine egne ord:

Din personliga mjölleverantör
Hela kedjan från att våra fantastiska odlare sår spannmålen tills att mjölet lämnar kvarnen är certifierad enligt KRAV- och Eldrimners regler. Limabacka Kvarn är ett familjeägt företag där femte och sjätte generationens mjölnare arbetar för att du som bagare ska få ett så bra mjöl som möjligt. Många av våra odlare har ärvt sina gårdar genom generationer och har liksom vi mjölnare samlat ihop värdefull kunskap från tidigare generationer.

Limabacka Kvarn har ett fullskaligt sortiment av de vanliga mjölsorterna men även ett mer exklusivt sortiment av äldre sorter där smaken är det viktigaste. Många av våra kvarnmaskiner är från 1950-talet och maler mjölet på ett hantverksmässigt och skonsamt sätt. Allt för att bevara så mycket av smaken som möjligt. Genom en tät kontakt med våra bagare och odlare kan vi hålla en hög kvalitet och utveckla vårt sortiment utefter önskemål.

Team BioBandits er en superfavoritt hos oss i Agrossist. Hjernene bak disse fantastisk smakene er to supertrivlige karer.

Vi gir ordet til dem:

We are a young, ambitious and independent company started in April 2011. Because we are independent we are able to just do it all a little bit different……this means that we can make plans for the long term instead of achieving short term goals….that is great but….what is it what we do..?

BioBandits creates sauces, dressing and mayonnaise because it has to be tasteful and good! Good for us, good for you as chef in your own kitchen but also responsible for our environment and stomach…That’s why the products are made with 100% organic ingredients.

The Birkenstocks have been replaced by sneakers or…better to say it is also for the looks of it…that’s why the products do have a hip and modern radiation…but the distinctive and honest taste prevails!

BioBandits products are made in our own kitchen for you…phony ingredients are for others…..a big E with a figure is an European road sign but not an ingredient! Of course it is all about the ingredients we choose to use…but foremost the ingredients we choose NOT to use is what distinguishes us from the rest.. Art is something to look at or to experience but not something to cook with….Art-ificial color, tasting and preservatives is something you will not find in our products!

An enjoyable, tasteful and honest product that is our goal! Products which you can use to impress your guests at the BBQ, the offer as a present, or just to use at any moment at your convenience. We create our products for you…and also a little bit for ourselves….because that is our passion….create tasteful and honest products to enjoy with family and friends….

We can’t promise to be perfect but we can always promise to try our best to do the right things. Have fun and enjoy our products…and if you come up with incredible ideas to use our products with and we did not came up with it yet…..there will be a good chance that you are will be rewarded with the everlasting fame of being mentioned on our website…challenge us!

Belvoir Fruitfarms

We make naturally delicious Cordials, Pressés and Fruit Crushes at our home in the gorgeous Lincolnshire countryside.

Mary Manners, the wife of our founder Lord John Manners, started making cordials in her kitchen in the Seventies by infusing the elderflowers and pressing the fruit grown on the farm. Since then, Belvoir has carried on the same infusing, pressing and cooking of fresh flowers, fruits and spices, which are then blended with local spring water to make our delicious drinks. We never compromise on quality, and choose only the best ingredients. Everything that goes into our drinks is real and natural with nothing artificial at all.

Tweedmill

Tweedmill har produsert kvalitetstekstiler i UK i over 40 år. Lokalisert i pitoreske Denbigh i nord Wales ved foten av fjellet Clwydian, jobber det dedikerte teamet i inspirerende landskap for å skape kvalitet til kunder over hele verden – nå også i Norge! Agrossist fører hovedsakelig Tweedmills resirkulerte ullprodukter.

Alm Østre

Alm Østre er en av de eldste biodynamiske gårdene i Norge, drevet av en gjeng entusiastiske bønder. De dyrker omtrent 35 forskjellige sorter økologiske grønnsaker som selges blant annet i ukentlige grønnsakskasser, levert på døren. De dyrker også hvete, spelt og bygg. Av husdyr har de høns, kyr, lam og gris. Agrossist selger korn og mel fra Alm Østre – og av og til en gulrot!

Hampstead tea

Missing home one afternoon in July 1989, having just moved to London from India, Kiran (owner and founder) took time off from mothering 2 little boys, and dropped in to the Tea board of India’s London office. There was the usual warm welcome and a flurry of tea cups, and in Rajah Banerjee walked, full of his infectious enthusiasm for his beloved Makaibari estate in Darjeeling. “No nasties in my soil” he declared, and his comments instantly resonated with her. She had been very concerned at the many “extra” ingredients in food, even baby food, full of E’s and sweeteners.

Urging him to tell people about his vision of clean tea cultivation, he replied “YOU tell people if you feel so strongly about it”.
The challenge was too good to resist and she launched into the world of tea growing (a huge change from being the strategic consultant!), and organised for the estate to be certified organic. Then came the big leap – biodynamic status for Makaibari – a first for tea estates. Biodynamic farming simply ensures that you put more in than you take out, and that animals, plants, people and soil all work together to create a forever living environment.
Yet no tea estate had ever thought about going biodynamic before.
So she packed 5 chests of Darjeeling leaf tea into paper bags in her kitchen and took them to shops, individuals and cafes around London. There was a bit of an uproar from some – “250gms of leaf tea..no one drinks leaf tea these days”.  
But others made space for the handfilled packs and a year later Hampstead Tea was awarded best in category at the Organic Food Awards, for the Darjeeling Whole Leaf Tea and it was presented by HRH Prince Charles.
Hampstead Tea ALWAYS looks for the purity of the source whether it is tea, camomile, ginger or even tea bag paper.
2014 saw the Hampstead Moonlight Silver Tips – India’s most expensive tea – perfect evidence that if you stick with putting more in than you take out, exceptional results will follow.
